Welcome to Claude-AI.chat (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Site”). These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site, including any pages, content, features, and the embedded chat experience (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Security page. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Independent site notice: Claude-AI.chat is an independent informational website. We are not affiliated with Anthropic PBC or the official Claude AI service. References to “Claude,” product names, and logos are trademarks of their respective owners.

1) Who May Use the Services

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may use the Services only with the consent and supervision of a parent/guardian.
  • You represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms on your own behalf or on behalf of the entity you represent.

2) What We Provide (and What We Don’t)

  • We publish guides and links to official sources and may provide an embedded chat experience for demonstration/educational purposes.
  • We do not host or distribute any software; download buttons link to the official providers only.
  • We do not require account creation on this Site. Any information submitted through a contact form is handled per our Privacy Policy.
  • We may limit free usage (e.g., message caps), throttle access, or suspend the Services at any time to protect performance or prevent abuse.

3) Privacy, Cookies, and Ads

Use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains the data we collect (including through Google Analytics), our use of Google AdSense, and your choices regarding cookies and personalization.

5) AI Chat & Output Disclaimer

  • The embedded chat may rely on third-party AI models (e.g., Anthropic’s Claude). Responses can be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
  • No professional advice. Outputs are for informational purposes only and are not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating results before relying on them.
  • Your prompts & outputs. To the extent permitted by law, you retain rights in your prompts and outputs; however, by using the Services you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and process your prompts/outputs solely to operate, improve, and secure the Services. Third-party model providers may process your content under their own terms.
  • Safety. Do not share confidential or sensitive information in prompts. Use the chat responsibly and in line with Section 4 (Acceptable Use).

6) Intellectual Property

  • Except for user-generated content and third-party marks, all Site content (text, design, graphics, layout, and code) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable IP laws.
  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
  • “Claude,” “Anthropic,” and related marks/logos are the property of Anthropic PBC or its affiliates. We do not claim ownership of third-party trademarks or content.

7) Third-Party Links and Services

  • The Site contains links to official third-party websites (e.g., app stores, documentation) and displays advertisements via Google AdSense. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, availability, or security. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

8) Feedback and Submissions

If you send ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and incorporate them without any obligation to you.

9) Service Changes; Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with or without notice. We do not guarantee continuous, error-free, or secure operation.

10) Disclaimer of Warranties

11) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability for any claims relating to the Services shall not exceed USD $100 (or the minimum amount permitted by law if higher).

12) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us and our affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your: (a) use of the Services; (b) violation of these Terms; or (c) infringement of any third-party right.

You agree that courts located in London, United Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to the Terms or the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revisions. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
