Welcome to Claude AI Chat. This page answers common questions about how our site works, safety and privacy, and how to access the official Claude AI apps.

Important: Claude-AI.chat is an independent resource site. We are not affiliated with Anthropic PBC (the maker of Claude). All product names and logos belong to their respective owners.


1) What is Claude-AI.chat?

Claude-AI.chat is a helpful guide and resource hub about Claude AI. We publish how-to content and provide official links to use Claude via web and mobile. We do not host or distribute software on our servers.

2) Is this the official Claude AI?

No. We are an independent site. For the official product, please use the links on our Download Claude AI page or go directly to claude.ai and the official app stores.

3) Do you offer a chat on the site?

From time to time, we may display a lightweight demo with a small free message limit for evaluation. When the limit is reached, we’ll direct you to the official Claude site/app to continue.

4) How many free messages are included in the demo?

We keep a small, capped number of free messages (e.g., 5 per browser session) to ensure fair use and good performance. The cap may change over time.

5) What happens after I reach the free limit?

You’ll see a clear prompt to continue on the official Claude platform. One click will take you to the authorized experience.

6) Are your download links safe?

Yes. We only link to official sources (claude.ai, Apple App Store, Google Play). We never host installers ourselves, and we never link to cracked or modified builds.

7) Do I need an account to use Claude-AI.chat?

No. You can browse the site without creating an account. If you contact us via the form, we’ll receive only the details you send (e.g., name, email).

8) Do you store my chat prompts or files?

We do not store chat content on our servers. If a demo is available, prompts may be processed by the model provider under its own terms. Please avoid sharing sensitive data in any prompt.

9) What data do you collect?

We use Google Analytics for usage insights and Google AdSense to fund the site. Cookies may be used for analytics and advertising. For details and opt-out options, see our Privacy Policy.

10) Why am I seeing ads?

Ads help keep our content free. You can manage personalized ads in your Google Ads Settings or use the cookie preferences shown in our banner. See Privacy Policy for options.

11) Is the site secure?

Yes. We enforce HTTPS (SSL/TLS) across the site and follow secure-by-default practices. We don’t host executables and run routine maintenance and malware checks. See Security.

12) Is Claude always accurate?

AI can be wrong or outdated. All outputs are informational only and not professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.). Always verify important details.

13) Where can I download the official Claude apps?

14) What are my privacy rights (GDPR/CCPA)?

15) How do I report a security issue?

Please follow the guidance on Security for responsible disclosure. We investigate verified reports promptly.

16) Do you sell or share personal data?

No. We do not sell personal data. Advertising and analytics are governed by our Privacy Policy and your cookie choices.

17) Can I suggest content or request coverage?

18) Do you support languages other than English?

Our content primarily targets English-speaking users worldwide (US, UK, EU). We aim to expand coverage over time.

19) What browsers and devices are supported?
